Terms of Use

The Laundry Hub (hereinafter "COMPANY") services are provided subject to your ("CUSTOMER") compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Please read the following agreement carefully. "CUSTOMER’s" use of any of COMPANY's service indicates an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Items which are given to the "COMPANY" for cleaning/repairing will be termed as ARTICLES(s) in this agreement.

This agreement is strictly between COMPANY and CUSTOMER and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. As a condition to use any of the COMPANY's service, and for the mutual benefit of both COMPANY and CUSTOMER, the undersigned ("CUSTOMER") agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  • Practically it is not always possible to see cuts, holes, scratches and stains etc. at the time of pickup, if such defects become apparent during the process, the remarks of COMPANY’s executive will be final and legally binding on the CUSTOMER.
  • All ARTICLEs are handled with greatest care but owing to the conditions of the ARTICLEs or non-apparent/non-visible defects in its material there is a “possibility of discolouring” or “shrinkage”. Such garments are accepted for cleaning at owner's risk and COMPANY will not be liable for it.
  • COMPANY will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that washing, drying and folding services are maintained at a high level of quality.
  • COMPANY due to time constraints does not read manufacturer’s suggested care and washing/drying labels, and will not be responsible for garments labelled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only".
  • COMPANY accepts no liability for "special care" and delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned.
  • COMPANY is not responsible for any ARTICLES which is left beyond 30 days. After this storage fees will be charged @5% per month on the total invoice amount. ARTICLES not claimed within three months shall be handled appropriately by COMPANY to recover the billed charges.
  • COMPANY reserves the right to refuse cleaning of any garment.
  • Removal of stain is a part of the process but, complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed and will be processed at CUSTOMER's risk.
  • In case of tumble drying there is a possibility of shrinkage of clothes.in any such condition COMPANY shall not be held responsible.
  • COMPANY is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the ARTICLES such as money, jewellery, or anything else.
  • If CUSTOMER cannot accept the loss of any garment, please do not leave it with us.
  • In case of any loss or damage COMPANY can reimburse up to a maximum of 10 times of its processing cost (decision remains with COMPANY if any reimbursement has to be done) only if CUSTOMER is able to produce the bills.
  • COMPANY shall not be held responsible for breakage of buttons.
  • Delivery of sarees can be delayed due to bad weather.
  • CUSTOMERs are requested to count the ARTICLEs at the time of delivery and inform the delivery man in case of missing ARTICLEs. COMPANY will not be responsible for any such claims after the ARTICLEs delivery has been accepted and signed by the CUSTOMER.
  • CUSTOMERs are given a warranty of maximum up to 7 days from the date of delivery, for any quality related issues with washing or dry-cleaning (only if the ARTICLE has not been used after service). Any claim after the stipulated time shall not be entertained.
  • CUSTOMER shall examine ARTICLEs for damage and notify the same at the time of delivery. COMPANY shall not be responsible for any claims afterwards.
  • Any loss/damage/delay due to unforeseeable circumstances, COMPANY is not liable for any compensation or reduction in charges.
  • CAMPANY accepts no liability for any loss or damage of the ARTICLES arising due to fire, theft, burglary etc. or any other similar unforeseen causes.
  • Some process/items may require additional period to process. No deduction on billed amount or claim shall be initiated against such delays.
  • Tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case to case basis, the same shall be communicated to CUSTOMER after it is examined by the executive at the time of pickup as well as at the time of processing.

HOUSEHOLD & LEATHER/SUEDE TERMS:

  • All household items, leather /suede garments are cleaned 100% at the CUSTOMER’s own risk.
  • COMPANY does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage or fading as a result of laundry/dry cleaning process.
  • Re-cleaning policy for such ARTICLESs: if CUSTOMER is not completely satisfied with the quality of cleaning, CUSTOMER can return it within 3 days of delivery and COMPANY will re-clean them free of cost.

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • Challan provided at the time of booking is hand written.
  • COMPANY does not provide printed bills, invoices will be sent by e-mail only on registered email address.
  • CUSTOMER has to pay the entire amount after successful delivery of the order.
  • CUSTOMER can pay for the order by cash or online mode.
  • For prepaid plans CUSTOMER can pay by cash or online mode. Subscription period would start once amount is received by the COMPANY.
  • Prepaid plans are valid only at max. two locations out of which one is to be his registered address.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:

  • Any extra amount paid by CUSTOMER for retail order can be refunded by the COMPANY if the CUSTOMER asks.
  • Balance available in "Prepaid" plans is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other CUSTOMER.
  • User can cancel order placed at any time before actual pick-up. No cancellation charges will be levied.
  • In case COMPANY denys processing any ARTICLE because of any reason, the order amount for that ARTICLE will be deducted from the amount billed and a new challan would be sent to the CUSTOMER’s email address.
  • If CUSTOMER wants to cancel the order because of any reason, then the request for cancellation has to be placed within 2 hours of pickup.
  • Once order is tagged and process is started, order can't be cancelled.

COUPONS & DISCOUNTS:

  • Once order placed and invoice is generated coupon can't be applied.

PRIVACY POLICY:

  • COMPANY never sells your personal information like phone number, address or email id with any third party.
  • COMPANY may hire other companies to provide limited services on COMPANY’s behalf, such as hosting sites, the processing and delivery of mailings, providing CUSTOMER support etc. COMPANY has the right to disclose your Personal Information to these third party companies for administering and maintaining the functions and operations. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only such Personal Information as necessary for them to deliver the respective services.

DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION:

  • The content of this website is an intellectual property of the COMPANY. Any distribution or imitation shall be punishable under law.

PROHIBITED USES OF SITE:

  • Impersonating or imitating as someone else shall be liable for legal action accordingly.

CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT:

  • The above mentioned information is liable to change at any time without any prior notice. COMPANY shall not be liable for any loss incurred.

All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar , Uttar Pradesh.
